This project has been structured into eight work packages: a general coordination package (WP0), six scientific packages (WP1 to WP6) and a valorization package (WP7. All work packages will be coordinated by dedicated partners, according to the skills they bring to the project.
- WP0 - Coordination (coordinator: LAMIH) This work package will concern the overall coordination of the project.
- WP1 - Specifications & use cases (coordinators: STRMTG & Keolis) This work package will define the representative situations addressed in the project . The use cases defined will be used as a framework for the other work packages.
- WP2 - Driver monitoring (coordinator: FactHum France) In WP2, methods and tools will be developed to estimate the driver state (vigilance, attention, situational awareness, etc.) based on the measurement of behavioral indicators (notably via virtual sensors and data fusion mechanisms).
- WP3 - Environment monitoring (coordinator: LAMIH) This WP will collect information about the environment and define an estimate of the driving task demands which can then be used by the assistance system in conjunction with the information obtained from WP2.
- WP4 - Advanced driver assistance system (coordinator: LAMIH).
- WP5 - Integration and demonstrator (coordinator: Oktal) The aim of this work package is to elaborate a demonstrator, based on a tramway dynamic simulator, and integrating all the monitoring and assistance algorithms and devices developed in WP2 to WP4. Scenarios corresponding to the use cases defined in WP1 will be made in a dedicated virtual environment.
- WP6 - Evaluation (coordinators: FactHum France & LAMIH) This WP will test and validate the relevance of the algorithms and devices implemented in the demonstrator in WP5. This evaluation will be based on an experiment involving a panel of professional tramway drivers.
- WP7 - Valorization & dissemination (coordinators: STRMTG & LAMIH) This work package will cover the project website and scientific communication for various audiences.
