Développement et optimisation de capteurs SAW pour des mesures de température, de pression et d'humidité à très hautes températures (>500)

Les capteurs SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) utilisent la modification des conditions de propagation des ondes acoustiques de surface pour détecter et quantifier une sollicitation extérieure (mécanique, chimique, etc.). Les ondes acoustiques de surface sont produites au moyen de substrats piézoélectriques et le domaine de fréquence employé peut varier, selon les applications, entre quelques mégahertz et quelques gigahertz. Par ailleurs, il est possible d’envisager des capteurs SAW sans fil lorsque les besoins le nécessitent.
