Student associations
Four student associations are at work within the component : the Asso FLLASH, the BDE, the Juris Club and Vlahallart.
The FLLASH Association (Academic Unit for Literature, Languages and the Arts)
L'Asso FLLASH (Federation of students in Letters, Languages, Arts and Humanities) is an association focused on the social dimension and assistance to students. The members of the office make it a point of honor to have a proximity and a bond of trust with the students in order to propose actions and events that correspond to them. The association was particularly involved during the health crisis by providing assistance to students on a material, psychological and social level.
The office aims to provide support, listening to students while offering activities by regularly inviting them to an online meeting based on games and interactions in a good state of mind.
The office of the association is located within the Matisse building (the Mont Houy)

The BDE (IAE Valenciennes)
The BDE of the IAE of Valenciennes is the association of students in management and accounting of the Institute Societies and Humanities.
The association puts many facilities and services at the disposal of students : a space selling snacks and drinks, a microwave, a table soccer which allow to liven up the daily life on campus.
The BDE regularly organizes parties and activities and participates in campus life.
The student members of the office also mobilize to help students in difficulty by providing material assistance or psychological support.
Everything is done to ensure that each and everyone has the most pleasant university year.
The association's premises are located in the IIM/IMTD building (the Mont Houy, opposite the tramway terminus).

The Juris Club (Academic Unit Law, Public Administration)
The Juris Club is the association representing Law and Law-Language students.
The purpose of the association is to create a link between students but also to answer multiple questions that students may have. Throughout the year, the association sets up activities in order to bring students together and share moments of conviviality.
The Juris Club has a room located on the second floor of the Tertiales building where anyone can come and heat up their dishes or eat on the spot.
The vocation of the association is to bring students together, to create mutual aid and thus to make sure that the university course of each student goes as well as possible.
The association's premises are located within the Tertiales building, second floor.

Valhallart
Valhallart is the student association of the Arts stream of the Institute of Societies and Humanities (academic unit Letters, Languages, Arts).
The objective of the association is to accompany the students during their course and thus the most pleasant student life possible.
When the health context allows it, the office and active members set up cultural and festive events, whether at the level of the association, or that of the institution.
The association's premises are located in the Ronzier building (Tertiales site).
