Mathematical analysis of the coupling between the radiative transfer equation and the heat conduction equation for a semi-transparent body submitted to the thermal radiations of a black radiative source. Optimal control of the absolute temperature inside the semi-transparent body by acting on the absolute temperature of the black radiative source. Optimal control of the deformation or of the stressfield of the semi-transparent body in the setting of the thermoviscoelasticity equations.
