A Milestone Event for the EUNICE Alliance
The European Alliance EUNICE is proud to announce that its Synergy 2026 Congress will be held on November 18 and 19, 2026, on the Mont Houy campus in Valenciennes (France), at the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (UPHF) and the IMTD. This event is of historic significance, as it will mark the end of the term of Abdelhakim Artiba, President of the Alliance, following years of dedication to European university cooperation.
Sustainable Mobility and Inclusion: At the Heart of European Challenges
Under the theme “Sustainable and Inclusive Mobility,” this conference will bring together experts, researchers, students, and partners from the member universities of the EUNICE Alliance. Over the course of two days, participants will explore the challenges and opportunities related to:
The mobility transition (decarbonization, smart transportation, intermodality)
Accessibility for all, regardless of disability or geographic constraints
Social inclusion, with a focus on equity and the participation of all groups
Regional innovation, for more sustainable and resilient cities and regions
