Impedance measurements in La_0.7Sr _0.3MnO₃ thin films for uncooled THz bolometers

We present preliminary results on the fabrication and impedance measurement of loads made of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (LSMO) thin films on SrTiO 3 buffered high resistivity silicon substrates. These loads will be used in uncooled mm-wave and THz bolometers based on LSMO.
