Portrait de Dominique Verdeilhan

Dominique Verdeilhan presents his latest book

Dominique Verdeilhan, judicial journalist and columnist well known to France Télévision viewers and author of several books on justice, will come to present his latest work, on Monday January 22 from 5 to 7 pm within the Tertiales, in Amphi A.

The test of justice

Dominique Verdeilhan has extensive experience in judicial journalism, having followed many high-profile trials and court cases for France Télévisions. He is currently the presenter of the program Justice en France on France 3, which broadcasts assize trials.

Les cabossés de la Justice (éditions du Rocher), his latest book, evokes the ordeal of criminal proceedings. Victims or defendants, families, the author interviewed a dozen convicts, acquittals, relatives of victims, all wounded, dented by justice, most of whose trials he had covered (Éric Mouzin, Estelle's father, Alain Marécaux, victim of the emblematic "Outreau" case, Loïk Le Floch-Prigent, Jérôme Cahuzac and many others), among others.

On France 2 and France TV Info for over thirty years, Dominique Verdeilhan has covered major court cases. He now presents the program "Justice en France" on France 2.
