IAE International Week

The aim of IAE-IW is to develop "Internationalization@home", an initiative enabling students to enjoy an international experience on their campus, through classes and workshops exclusively in English and exchanges with experts from around the world.

This international week aims to foster knowledge sharing on innovative and transdisciplinary themes, while offering students a quality international learning environment and encouraging academic and professional networking

About 20 courses will be offered, bringing together nearly 400 Master's students and young PhD students from UPHF.

For this 2026 edition, IAE International Week will place particular emphasis on the theme "Management and best practices: trust and well-being in organizations" (Trust and Well-Being in Organizations within).

Course proposals fall into one of two areas:

• Focus 1: Human Resources, Innovation and Marketing Management.

• Axe 2: Corporate Finance, Accounting and Corporate Governance.

Topics covered may include strategy, innovation, human resources management, business model transformation, digital communication, sustainable finance, ESG, governance or cybersecurity.

Each course will last 8 hours, delivered over two consecutive days, either at the beginning of the week (Monday-Tuesday), or at the end of the week (Thursday-Friday). Teaching will take place mainly face-to-face at the IAE, although some online proposals may be considered

Participating teachers will also be invited to take part in the "Project and Research Sharing" workshop, organized on the evening of Tuesday February 10, dedicated to exchanges around international cooperation in research and training.
