Institut d'Études Judiciaires (IEJ): 2025/2026 registration campaign

The registration campaign for the Institut d'Études Judiciaires (IEJ) takes place fromMonday, October 27 to Wednesday, December 31.
As part of its initial training, the IEJ offers preparation for the entrance exam to the regional professional training center, as well as professional legal training courses open to legal professionals.

An Institute of Judicial Studies?

The Institut d'Études Judiciaires de Valenciennes has a dual vocation:
Firstly, it prepares candidates for this exam by offering an annual preparation course, which takes place mainly on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at the end of the day.

Then, it organizes the entrance exam to the regional center for professional training of lawyers (CRFPA).
The Valenciennes IEJ offers two formulas:

  • a preparation registration including the right to take the exam;
  • an exam registration known as "open application".

Training presentation

The course model includes lectures and trial galops.

The lectures aim, on the one hand, to discover or recall the methodology of the legal exercises of the exam and, on the other hand, to deepen and update knowledge. In addition, some thematic sessions will be offered.

Find all information relating to the Institut d'Études Judiciaires on the page dedicated to training.

Face-to-face and distance learning courses

New this year: the course includes distance learning and face-to-face classes.

Registrations

The Institut d'Etudes Judiciaires (IEJ) offers two enrolment options: enrolment in the preparation for the entrance exam to the Centre Régional de Formation Professionnelle d'Avocats (CRFPA) including a right to sit the exam, or enrolment as an independent candidate.

.
