History in series (season 2)

A study day entitled Histoire en séries: saison 2024, organized by Master Histoire students, will take place on December 3 on the Mont Houy campus.

Quand l'Histoire fait son show: a day dedicated to historical series

Tuesday December 3, the Mont Houy campus will be the scene of a study day organized by students from the Master Histoire of the Institut Sociétés et Humanités. This event will be an opportunity to cross academic and cultural perspectives on current historical issues.

The program will feature workshops and lectures on a variety of topics related to history, heritage and culture. Two renowned speakers will also take part in this day:

  • Solène Scherer, PhD in heritage history and Germanic studies (Université de Lorraine, Metz), who will speak from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
  • Mikaël Toulza, lecturer in Anglophone studies and US civilization (Université de Lille), whose talk will take place from 2pm to 4pm.

The study day is aimed at students, researchers and history enthusiasts, offering a framework conducive to exchanges and reflection on current and historical themes.
