La Nuit du Droit 2025 edition
Since its inception, La Nuit du Droit has offered the public a unique opportunity to discover the world of law in a fun and accessible way.
This year, under the aegis of the Conseil Constitutionnel, the event is co-organized on Thursday, October 02 by UPHF's Institut Sociétés et Humanités (ISH), the Valenciennes Judicial Court and the Valenciennes Bar Association.
It will take place at the site des Tertiales, amphi C, from 5pm to 8pm.
Theme 2025: Everyday Justice
This year, come and watch a re-enactment of a court hearing based on everyday legal problems:
- Neighborhood disputes
- Disputes between sellers and buyers
- And many other concrete cases...
