Design of two terminal solid-state mm-wave sources

This paper describes a theoretical and experimental approach to design near optimum reliable two terminal mm. wave power sources. Emphasis is placed on power-frequency characteristic. Second order parameters such as noise and locking bandwidth are considered in the 94 GHz window.
