IT2S, the Institute of Transversalities, Sports and Health
Created in 2024, to meet current and emerging training needs, the Institut des Transversalités, des Sports et de la Santé provides 20 training courses and hosts the management of the 200 opening and polytechnic modules that are UPHF's hallmark.

The Institut des Transversalités, des Sports et de la Santé is the latest training component created in September 2024 within the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France.
The institute is made up of 3 major departments, provides 20 training courses and hosts the management of 200 polytechnic and opening modules.
Training
The institute groups together what are known as "transversal" courses, which are courses that interact with the university's 2 main fields (science and technology and the humanities). Examples include polytechnic or opening modules that concern all UPHF students.
IT2S is home to all STAPS (Sciences et Techniques des Activités Physiques et Sportives) and Health-related training courses.
