Laurent Botti
Director, Destination Diagnostics Axis
Laurent Botti is MCF-HDR at IAE Perpignan. He devotes his research to the strategies of tourism companies and territories within the CRESEM laboratory (EA 7397) at the University of Perpignan Via Domitia. He is in charge of teaching the Master in Tourism at IAE Perpignan (CFET accredited course). A member of the Association Française de Management du Tourisme (AFMAT) since its creation, he is currently its president.

Khouloud Boukadi
Director Tourism, Heritage and Digital Axis
Khouloud Boukadi is a professor of computer science at the Laboratoire de Multimédia, Systèmes d'Information et Calcul Avancé (Miracl) at the Faculté d'Économie et de Gestion in Sfax, Tunisia. She has published widely in various peer-reviewed journals and conferences, and regularly participates in the scientific and organizing committees of international events. Her research areas include artificial intelligence, the Metaverse, the Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain. She holds a PhD in computer science from the École des Mines de Saint-Étienne.

Irene Sartoretti
Research Engineer
A sociology PhD, Irène Sartoretti, after an international career in research and higher education, has been a research engineer at UPHF's LARSH laboratory since 2020. There, she coordinates interdisciplinary projects bringing together researchers, institutional partners and socio-economic players, while also mediating for the general public and shedding light on public action.
Maxence Petit
Design engineer
After a master's degree in territorial management and local development at UPHF, Maxence Petit supports innovative educational and mediation projects relying on digital technology, creating interactive 3D content for tourism applications designed by the Chair and the Porte du Hainaut virtual museum.
