Territorial fiction (art, play, stage, territory)

Book by LARSH doctoral student Raya Lindberg-Baudinet, published by "La Lettre volée"

.

Raya Lindberg's book, both an aesthetic essay and an archive, consists of three parts: proposals from the espace p( )tentiel platform for artistic research and experimentation founded in 2018; essays by the author with an abstract in English; and four interviews with the invited artists. The book thus considers contemporary artistic creation in its articulation with the document and according to the expanded notion of dramaturgy. it brings together some twenty Belgian, French and international artists invited to exhibit and engage in dialogue based on these approaches. The form and stakes of the exhibition are addressed through a critical experience that enables a renewed understanding of today's world.

Raya Lindberg art critic (AicA), author, curator, researcher in aesthetics (art, philosophy, literature). she teaches at art schools in Belgium (erG, École de recherche graphique in Brussels), France (université catholique de Lille, université Polytechnique des hauts-de-France). she is co-founder with curator Nadège Derderian of the transdisciplinary exhibition and research structure espace p( )tentiel, active from 2018 to 2020 in Belgium, France and South Korea.
