Seminar "Through and beyond the law

The aim of this seminar is to introduce legal epistemology and discuss together controversies about the role attributed to legal concepts, and this in three countries (Japan, UK, France). Doctoral students will thus gain an insight into these debates, past and present, which we will be able to confront with their own interrogations.
