Call for papers
14th edition of the AsTRES multidisciplinary symposium
"Tourism and inhabitants: conflicts, cohabitations and cooperations between visitors, local and international tourism stakeholders and destination populations"
08 to 11 December 2025 in Valenciennes
Attendances for proposals: Falling within the general framework of the colloquium previously defined, papers may cover different scales, from local to international, and different case studies, ranging from monographs to comparisons, just as much as they may propose a more distanced, more epistemological or more theoretical reflection. If necessary, the symposium will feature several videoconference sessions.
Key dates :
- June 20, 2025: Deadline for abstract submission
- July 13, 2025: Deadline for notification of acceptance/refusal by the scientific committee
- November 9, 2025: Registration deadline
Publication : Following the symposium, upon submission by authors before June 31, 2026, a selection of papers will be submitted to a scientific journal for a special issue (discussions in progress)
