BRIDGE

Building Reliable Integration for Data Governance and Efficiency

The main objective of this project is to establish a comprehensive methodology based on agile principles, designed to effectively integrate the various areas of expertise drawn from a range of disciplines and to meet the needs of the various stakeholders.

Introduction

This project forms part of an ongoing initiative led by ICMC/USP, entitled ‘IntegraSanca’, which aims to create a smart digital infrastructure in São Carlos in order to promote interoperability, efficiency, transparency and security in communication between the various municipal government departments.

To this end, research activities are structured to address the challenges associated with the integration and security of urban data and to promote technological solutions for the digital transformation of public administration.

The BRIDGE (Building Reliable Integration for Data Governance and Efficiency) project proposes a methodology for managing the phased roll-out of the final platform, which will include, in particular, a portal integrating the various systems of São Carlos’s public services.

BRIDGE will enable continuous feedback and iterative improvements throughout the development cycle.
