SCORE
Scoreboard of Competitiveness of European Transport Manufacturing Industry
(H2020-CSA) explores, evaluates and anticipates advances in research and development, innovative new technologies and future changes in demand, as well as geopolitical and geo-economic developments in the transport industry and positions the European transport industry in relation to global competitive levels.
The analysis focuses on the four main industry segments of the transport industry: automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding and rail rolling stock, for both passenger and freight transport, and has a time horizon to 2030 (and up to 2050). The results are summarized and visualized in a dashboard that shows in an easily accessible way the current and future competitive position of the European transport industries in relation to their global competitors. Guidance and suggestions for corporate innovation, production and investment strategies and EU industrial competitiveness policies are provided. The SCORE project is supported by an industry advisory board.
