PI-NUTS

The PI Nuts project contributes to the field of the physical internet, which is an innovative and recent paradigm. The project focuses on the study of a hybrid control structure to manage an intermodal freight exchange hub in a Physical Internet network.

This architecture must be globally optimized (route, ecological footprint...) but locally reactive to disturbances that may occur. Two issues are studied : the development of the " active container " concept and the development of the hybrid control architecture.
