Delay-dependent stability domains of nonlinear delay systems

This paper gives original conditions on robust stability and time-response of time-varying delay systems. These conditions depend on the maximum value of the delay, and are valid for nonlinear models. Stability domains and exponential rates of convergence are estimated in the same way.
