On May 15, 2025, the first workshop of Axis 4 of the CPER RITMEA program was held at LAMIH. Led by Professors David DUVIVIER and Yves SALLEZ, this axis focuses on developing models and methods for managing and optimizing logistics operations.

Bringing together some forty researchers from the various laboratories involved (CEREMA's DtecREM team, LAMIH-Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, CRIStAL-Université de Lille, LGI2A-Université d'Artois, CERI-SN of IMT Nord-Europe), this workshop provided an opportunity to discuss issues:

  • of tri-modal hub management in a physical Internet context,
  • platooning barges sailing in convoy,
  • simulation of a multimodal transport network including a river component,
  • improving the resilience of multimodal platforms,
  • measuring road vehicle flows in the vicinity of multimodal platforms.
