Define a framework
The objective of this challenge is to define a coherent framework built on cooperative mechanisms between robust optimization techniques and environmental adaptation techniques.
This construction is based on up-to-date data and at different levels of modeling, reflection, decision, spatio-temporal granularitý. Approaches characterized AI (constraint satisfaction, multi-agent systems...) or OR (metaheuristics, matheuristics...) are used in this construction.
These mechanisms allow the optimization and simulation of complex systems in a non-deterministic environment. Problems of reservation, sharing and use of resources are taken into account.
The applications mainly concern transportation and hospital systems.
