The Corporate Relations, Continuing Education and Apprenticeship (REFCA) department:
- accompanies companies in their recruitment and is dedicated to monitoring students who choose work-study,
- develops customized services at the request of companies,
- helps employees and jobseekers with their retraining projects.
Department tasks
At our IUT, deployed in Valenciennes, Cambrai, Maubeuge, the Relations entreprises, formation continue et apprentissage (REFCA) department:
- helps you define the training your company needs,
- helps you select candidates,
- simplifies the administrative formalities involved in work-study contracts,
- ensures the conditions for success of the company /alternant / IUT trio,
- supports you in developing the skills of your employees.
