Recruiting a work-study student is a response to an immediate need, but it is also a way to anticipate the evolution of your professions.
Advantages for work-study students
The work-study contract allows our students to cconciliate the preparation of a degree at the IUT and periods of work in a company in order to acquire a professional qualification. Assistance is provided to alternating students :
- Generation Card #HDF (back-to-school aid).
- B license assistance. Solidarity fund.
- Solidarity fund.
- Housing aid (APL, mobil Jeune, Loca Pass, ...).
- Support for school fees.
Benefits for companies
The cost of the B.U.T training is covered by France Compétences, the skills operator, with IUT committed to adjusting its training costs to the amounts covered.
Reduction of employer contributions
Apprentices' social security contributions are now calculated on the basis of the apprentice's actual salary and the employer benefits from the general reduction in employer contributions, which has become more favorable than the former exemptions from contributions calculated on the flat rate.
Financial assistance from the State
Currently, and through various schemes, the State helps companies to participate in the professional training of young students. (1jeune1solution, bonuses...)
