Believing that research and technology are everyone's business, IUT participates each year in the Fête de la science carried by the Ministry of Higher Education, Innovation and Research in collaboration with scientific and cultural partners.
Science and Technology Awareness
At IUT the general public is invited to discover science and technology while having fun.
In October, school audiences are welcomed to our campuses and participate in fun activities.
Young visitors imagine the technologies of the future and discover science and technology in various workshops: programming automata, optical illusions, cryptology and arithmetic, electronics, electricity, mathematics in nature and through origami, robotics (Lego educational robot), production of electrical energy (safe!), computer science with the creation of a mini video game and the use of a nanocomputer, ...
At the IUT, the workshops are led by teacher-researchers, teachers, engineers and technicians assisted by outside professionals specializing in their field, but also by students.
