Management of companies and administrations
The GEA department prepares students for careers in management, management, accounting, human resources.
It trains 400 students per year on a full-time and sandwich basis. A Euro section is open in the first year with 30% of courses in English

Les évaluations s’appuient sur des connaissances vues en cours, en travaux dirigés, en amphi , ainsi que sur les apprentissages en mode projet. Des évaluations transversales via des « Situations d’Apprentissage et d’Evaluation » (SAE) sont également prévues.
Les étudiants disposent d’équipements qui sont régulièrement actualisés afin de répondre aux exigences de la formation, ainsi, par exemple, la salle informatique a fait l’objet d’un renouvellement complet en 2021.
Ouverture internationale
- A Valenciennes, une section Euro accessible dès la première année, ouvre des perspectives internationales.
- 30% des cours se font en anglais.
- Un stage ou un semestre d’études se déroule à l’étranger.
Professional training offer in GEA
3 courses are open in B.U.T. GEA, after a technological or general BAC, 3 courses are available in professional license after a BAC+2
The common base of training leads the student to analyze the processes of the organization in its environment, to exploit management and decision support data, to steer the relations with the internal and external actors of the organization.
