- Entreprendre : choix d’une structure juridique financière et fiscale adaptée, élaboration du business model et du business plan, définition et mise en oeuvre d’un projet entrepreneurial.
- Développer : pilotage de projets, mise en oeuvre de qualités de leadership, identification et gestion des risques, utilisation des outils du marketing, pour promouvoir la création de valeur.
