TC at the Alticiades with a bit of... GMP!

The IUT's two Marketing Techniques departments took part in the Alticiades France, an event organized by TC FRANCE in the resort of Les Orres.

The program features a variety of events combining creativity, team spirit and performance:

  • Gastronomic show of the regions
  • Commercial negotiation
  • OGNI (Objet Glissant Non Identifié) event
  • Sports challenge on the slopes

From Cambrai, the students distinguished themselves with their Ch'ti Estaminet. They created their stand using van interior design elements donated by Stellantis, one of our partners.

The students prepared well for the gastronomic market test, a very demanding event, and took great pleasure in selling local Cambrian products to the many visitors who came for this very professional market, under the watchful eye of their teacher Christophe Roland.

As for Valenciennes, the students were making their grand return to the Alticiades after a 7-year absence, coached by Bérengère Maniez and Gwendoline Yazag. A successful comeback: in addition to proudly representing the mining basin at the gastronomic show, they took 1st place in the OGNI event, an object designed in collaboration with the GMP students, perfectly illustrating the strength of work between the departments.

At the end of the day, this national event brought together 3 departments around the same objective: to proudly represent the colors of our IUT.
