They are suspended from July 20 to August 21 inclusive while the university is closed, then will reopen until September 30.
We advise you to complete your registration before July 20 to avoid any omissions.

Face-to-face reception
Our teams also welcome you in person, except from July 20 to August 21, when we are closed:
.- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 12:15pm and 1pm to 5pm .
- without appointment at the Maison des Services à l'Etudiant, campus Mont Houy, Aulnoy-lez-Valenciennes (entrance A - tramway stop "Campus Mont Houy")
