In accordance with the Data Protection Regulations, on the basis of its public interest mission to support applicants in their professional integration and in integrating the training offered, the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France uses applicants' personal contact data communicated on ParcourSup and ECandidat. This data is used to support applicants in the integration of their work-study or apprenticeship program, to send them information by email and SMS on the organization of related events, to track registrations, to compile statistics, and to send a summary following events. Data may be communicated to the communications and corporate relations departments, to management, to department heads and to our subcontractors. Contact data is kept until the end of the current calendar year, when it is archived and stored in accordance with the rules applicable to public archives. Candidates may exercise their right to access, rectify, delete or limit the processing of their data by sending an e-mail to @email. They may also exercise their right to data portability. Where applicable, they may exercise their right to object at any time. If they feel that their rights have not been respected, they can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
