Dear graduates of the Class of 2025, the IUT de Valenciennes-Cambrai-Maubeuge is pleased to invite you to your graduation ceremony, at the Cité des Congrès in Valenciennes.

- Your attendance is subject to your online registration, through the link that was communicated to you in December: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
- The imite registration date is March 02, 2026, for yourself and your companions.
- Each graduate can be accompanied by 3 people.
- A identification document is required for the graduation ceremony.
🔷 Program

15:30: Opening of the Cité des Congrès only to graduates.
Briefing, dressing of graduates (gown, toque, scarf), installation in bleachers. -
16:30: Ceremony hall opens to the public.

17:00: Ceremony begins.
- 7:15pm to 9:30pm: Cocktail reception.

- Free parking at the Cité des Congrès
- Location accessible by public transport - Tram : Line T2 - Station Centre des congrès. Streetcar : Line T1 - Station Gare. Bus: Corol line - Centre des congrès stop.
