TeCAPE
Technology for personalized engagement and assistance of aphasic people in rehabilitation.
This ANR JCJC project aims to develop an innovative and adaptive technology to support the rehabilitation of aphasic people, taking into account their constraints and changing needs.
This project, funded by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR) as part of the Jeunes Chercheures Jeunes Chercheurs (JCJC) program, aims to develop an innovative, adaptive technology to support the rehabilitation of people with aphasia, taking into account their constraints and changing needs.
.It is based on a multidisciplinary approach involving teacher-researchers in human and social sciences, neurosciences and digital sciences, as well as on a participative co-design approach with aphasic people, their relatives and healthcare professionals (speech therapists, neuropsychologists).
The integration of proven behavior-change methods is an essential thread, in order to support patients' progressive engagement and reinforce their autonomy.
The project adopts a user-centered approach to ensure that the solution facilitates both daily life and rehabilitation, thanks to flexible and personalized use.
Ongoing feedback from end users ensures that the tool remains relevant, fit for purpose, well accepted and fully integrated into daily life.
The entire process is thus designed to ensure lasting and effective adoption of the solution in the daily lives of people with aphasia.
