The IUT is getting involved in Pink October!

🌸 This Thursday was all about solidarity and camaraderie! The IUT proudly took part in the Pink October walk, a charity event co-organised by the Sports Department and the Student Life and Education Centre (PFVE).

In a spirit of generosity, students and staff came together to walk in aid of the Emera charity, a key organisation supporting those affected by cancer.

Beyond the kilometres covered, the students’ commitment also warmed hearts… and taste buds! Throughout the day, our students enthusiastically ran stalls selling crêpes and croque-monsieurs, and sold T-shirts and pink ribbons. All the proceeds raised will go directly towards supporting the work of the Emera charity.

A huge well done and thank you to the organisers, the students and colleagues who got involved, and to all the participants for this wonderful show of solidarity and positive energy.
