The department trains 140 students per year, both full-time and on a work-study basis, skilled in the control of product and process quality, the management of physical and information flows, and the organization of the production of goods and services.

Deploy a quality management system, plan and conduct audits.  Select the information system and adapt the flow management mode according to the context. Organize a production unit, make the company evolve within the framework of Lean management.
