Plant administration
"The President of the university by his decisions, the board of directors by its deliberations and the academic council, by its deliberations and opinions, ensure the administration of the university." (Article L712-1rt. 45 of the Education Code).
- Charged with steering the establishment, governance is made up of the President of the University and the Vice-Presidents.
- The board of directors determines the establishment's policy and makes important decisions.
- The training and student life council makes decisions on training and student life.
- The research council advises on research projects and makes decisions on laboratory statutes.

On June 25, 2024, the Polytechnique Hauts-de-France University adopted its multi-year plan for professional equality between men and women 2024-2026. The result of collective and concerted work with the players and actresses of the university community, this plan sets concrete objectives and priority actions to promote real and lasting equality.
