The GMP department trains 200 students per year on a full-time and work-study basis.

The development of the Internet of Things (IOT) and cyber-physical systems (CPS) has created challenges, mainly related to massive data management and decision-making. The development of approaches such as Data Analytics and Machine Learning, however, offers solutions by identifying "hidden" patterns or features within this massive data.

The GEII department trains 170 students per year on a full-time and work-study basis in the fields of automation, electronics, industrial computing, and electrical engineering. They are competent to manage and maintain industrial computer networks, analyze and develop electronic systems for processing and transmitting information.

The recovery plan announced by the government on September 3, 2020, includes a vast energy renovation program for public buildings (of the State and its operators). These investments will both support the construction sector by generating multiple worksites at the local level benefiting the entire fabric of the building and public works industry, and reduce the energy footprint of public buildings by proposing rapid and significant action on energy consumption.
