Foreign students: application form

It is sent by email by the International Relations Pole to students selected and nominated by their home university.

NB: The following documents will be uploaded online with the form:

• A study contract 

It details your course schedule during your mobility. The study contract must be signed by the student and approved and signed by their academic supervisor (coordinator) at their home university.

If you are coming to UPHF as part of the Erasmus+ program:  the Erasmus+ program is gradually being digitized through the EWP (Erasmus Without Paper) network; the educational contract will be digitized. All information will be sent by email.

How to prepare and write your study contract.

• Academic performance for the past two years.
• A photocopy of your student ID for the current academic year.
• A certificate of your level of French or English depending on the language of study
• .
• A photocopy of your valid identity card or passport
• A CV and a cover letter (for double degrees)

The Pôle de Relations Internationales (PRI) will contact you once the academic opinion (favorable or unfavorable) of the chosen course has been issued.

If you are admitted, the IRP will send you a letter of acceptance. Wait until you receive the letter of acceptance from the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France to organize your mobility.

If you are accepted, the PRI will send you a letter of acceptance.
