Autonomous driving is attracting growing interest. However, the full deployment of these vehicles depends on their reliability in all situations, which requires driver supervision. This raises crucial questions about human-machine interaction, and the thesis is part of the ANR-CoCoVeIA project (2019-2024) coordinated by LAMIH.

The H2PTM international conference, founded in 1989 by Roger Laufer, Jean-Pierre Balpe and Imad Saleh, is now in its 17th year. It continues to promote research into hypertext and hypermedia, whose applications are increasingly taking shape in the human and social sciences.

This edition is devoted to the question of the manufacture of meaning in the age of digital information, a topical subject whose debates around generative AI and disinformation are crucial.

This book brings together all the papers selected for the conference H2PTM'23 - The making of meaning in the digital information age: issues and challenges.

From June 26 to 30, 2023, the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France in Valenciennes (France) will host the International Summer School on Industrial Agents (ISSIA'23). The event aims to bring together leading researchers and PhD students in the field of agent technology.

As part of the continuing lecture series led by the Université des Savoirs Partagés (USP), the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France will offer the lecture "Le Valenciennois, terre d'acier" on Thursday, March 21 at 6pm, campus du Mont-Houy, Matisse building, amphi 500.
