This March, UPHF will be hosting a Blended Intensive Program (BIP) organized as part of EUNICE, the European alliance of universities of which it is a member. Some thirty students from partner universities will be taking part in this research-based program. This event will be another opportunity to showcase the international openness and dynamism of our establishment.

I am pleased to invite you to my thesis defense entitled "Contributions to the Control of Multi-Agent Systems by Fixed-Time Distributed Optimization" This thesis was carried out as part of a cotutelle program between CINVESTAV Guadalajara and the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France.

Based on the figure of the "occupant", taken here as a full-fledged "actor" in energy renovation approaches based on biobased materials (hemp concrete), the Pecquenchanvre project aims to question, objectify and explain perceptual changes, particularly those relating to comfort, among occupants of renovated housing. This in a broad temporal perspective including the "before-during-after" sequence of the work.
