Call for CVEC 2025 projects

Do you have an idea to make student life even more dynamic, inclusive or sustainable? UPHF is launching its CVEC 2025 call for projects to support your initiatives in favor of student well-being and quality of life on campus.

What is the CVEC?

Created by the ORE law of March 8, 2018, the CVEC (Contribution de Vie Étudiante et de Campus) aims to promote living, study and health conditions for students.
It provides funding for concrete projects carried out by UPHF students, departments, components and associated establishments.

Objectives of the call for projects 2025

This call aims to support initiatives that improve student and campus life, responding to needs expressed by the university community.

Projects must fall within at least one of the following areas:

  • Improving reception conditionsfor students, particularly international students
  • .
  • Social support for students in precarious situations
  • Access to health, well-being and disability
  • Development of sports activities
  • Diversification of cultural and artistic offerings
  • Improving the quality of campus life

The transversal issues at the heart of our establishment, such as sustainable development, social responsibility, orgender equality, are strongly encouraged.

Who can submit a project?

The call is open to the entire UPHF university community:

  • Students
  • University services
  • Components and associated establishments

Projects initiated by approved student associations fall under the FSDIE and are therefore not eligible for this call.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible, your project must:

  • Fit into at least one of the CVEC's areas of intervention;

  • Benefit directly UPHF students;
  • Involve students in its development or implementation;
  • Present an innovative approach (not redundant with existing schemes);
  • Be cofinanced if its amount exceeds €5,000;
  • Be complete and transmitted on time before the CVEC commission.

The following are not eligible: projects of a trade union, political or religious nature; projects with a commercial aim; training projects subject to evaluation (e.g. tutored projects); projects in progress or already initiated at the time of submission; projects with too limited an impact or relating to the internal workings of a department.

The file must include:

  • The application form "Appel à projets CVEC";
  • The self-assessment questionnaire for compliance with the CVEC framework;
  • The detailed budget forecast;
  • The recent quotations (2 comparative) on behalf of UPHF - Le Mont Houy;
  • For any real estate project, the opinion of the DMLP (Direction Maintenance, Logistique et Patrimoine) ;
  • The validation of the project by the department, component or service concerned.

An accompanying presentation(PowerPoint or other support) may be attached to support the application.


Application review


Completed applications are first examined by the CVEC office, which assesses their technical, legal and financial feasibility.
Successful projects are then presented to the CVEC commission by the project sponsor or their referent, in a 5-minute presentation followed by questions.

The commission may:

  • Approve the project;
  • Partly approve it subject to adjustments;
  • Request a postponement or refuse the application.

The final decision is then communicated to the project sponsor.

Project owner commitment

Project sponsors commit to:

  • Mention the logo "financed by the CVEC " on all communication media related to the project;
  • Implement the project as validated by the commission;
  • Provide a review sheet upon completion of the project, to be sent to: @email
