The project " New development models and vectors for the former mining basin of Nord and Pas-de-Calais ", funded since February 2022 as part of the Federative Institute for Research on Territorial Renewal (IF2RT) brings together more than a dozen researchers attached to the laboratories of the four universities involved in the Institute (University of Artois, Gustave Eiffel University, University of Lille, Polytechnic University Hauts-de-France).This research focuses on the dynamics, actors and tools of the transition of the former mining basin of Nord and Pas-de-Calais. It is based on the historical analysis of the plural policies and mobilizations, which since 1945 and until today, have been driven to the service of the renewal of this territory, its economy, its transport, housing and energy production infrastructures

Study day: applied and digital ethics in organizations
This study day is part of the LARSH Laboratory's Incentive Research Action (IRA) devoted to ethics. Its objective is to question "ethical" practices within organizations and the perception of the actors involved. How do field employees deal with organizational expectations that are perceived as "unfair"? Are ethics sometimes used within organizations to mask potentially harmful or intrusive practices? From the employees' point of view, what are the ethical issues associated with managerial injunctions perceived as unfair? What about governance based on an "organizational justice" (Janiczek et al., 2012)?
