The European College of Sport Sciences (ECSS Paris 2023), the largest international sports science congress, with over 2300 scientific presentations and more than 100 invited speakers, was held, at the Palais des Congrès in PARIS from July 4 to 7, 2023.

"Considering the Education Code,
Having regard to the bylaws of the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France - UPHF,
Having regard to deliberation n°2024- of the Board of Directors of May 24, 2024,
Having regard to the vote of the Board of Education and Student Life on May 23, 2024,
it is hereby created it is hereby established within the UPHF, a training component named: Institute of Transversalities, Sports and Health - IT2S".

The council participates in the life of the institute. It proposes measures to promote the life of the community. It votes on the budget and accounts of the institute. It votes on the distribution of jobs within the institute.

Mr. Thomas Lyon-Caen, President-designate of the Ordre de avocats au Conseil d'État et à la Cour de cassation, will give a lecture at the Tertiales site, on November 15, 2023, at 2 pm (conference room).
