This study day is part of the LARSH Laboratory's Incentive Research Action (IRA) devoted to ethics. Its objective is to question "ethical" practices within organizations and the perception of the actors involved. How do field employees deal with organizational expectations that are perceived as "unfair"? Are ethics sometimes used within organizations to mask potentially harmful or intrusive practices? From the employees' point of view, what are the ethical issues associated with managerial injunctions perceived as unfair? What about governance based on "organizational justice" (Janiczek et al., 2012)?

From June 23 to 27, our 3rd-year engineering students will experience an intense week under the sign of creation, commitment and team cohesion, as part of the Creathon.
