DGESIP's Anne-Sophie Barthez visits UPHF on Monday May 27

The UPHF welcomed Anne-Sophie Barthez, Director General of the DGESIP - Direction Générale de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de l'Insertion Professionnelle, along with her team, and officials from the rectorate for a tour of the University.

UPHF President Abdelhakim Artiba welcomed Madame Anne-Sophie Barthez, Director General, and a delegation from DGESIP* this Monday, May 27, 2024, with the aim of showing off the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France as part of the implementation of the national policy for higher education establishments. The President of UPHF was accompanied by the entire governance and management of the institutes.

Madame Barthez visited several buildings on the Mont Houy university campus, learning about the various facilities and services available to students: reception and entertainment at the Maison des Services à l'Etudiant, the Health Center, a vending machine for hygiene products, the AgoraÉ solidarity grocery store, the shared co-working space, sports facilities with a presentation of the L3P-SHN License (Licence Pluridisciplinaire Projet Personnel en Sport de Haut Niveau). She toured various platforms and discovered equipment within research laboratories.

Madame Anne-Sophie Barthez greatly appreciated the exchanges and these presentations, and observed in particular a potential for an innovative sports pathway, particular attention to student well-being, as well as cutting-edge and dynamic research on which training courses can draw.
