International Summer School on Industrial Agents (ISSIA'23)

From June 26 to 30, 2023, the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France in Valenciennes (France) will host the International Summer School on Industrial Agents (ISSIA'23). The event aims to bring together leading researchers and PhD students in the field of agent technology.

As a PhD student, you'll have the opportunity to take part in a variety of workshops, get to know an international community with shared interests, and make valuable connections in your field of research.

.

The agenda is designed to give all participants plenty of opportunities to engage in conversations outside the main scientific program, in order, for example, to form new scientific partnerships and relationships, and to strengthen the network of the industrial agent community.

Registrations are now open! See the website: https://issia-23.sciencesconf.org/ for fees, speakers, agenda, .....

We look forward to welcoming you soon!

General objective of the summer school

The summer school aims to increase participants' knowledge in the field of multi-agent systems (MAS) applied to industrial environments, particularly in industrial cyber-physical systems (production systems, smart grids, etc.).

The main objectives of the courses can be summarized in 3 points:

  • Introduce MAS principles as an appropriate paradigm for developing distributed collaborative industrial systems.
  • Provide practical skills in MAS application development for industrial automation applications.
  • Deploying agent-based solutions for industrial environments.
