MoU* with UTT Hanoi (Vietnam) renewed
On January 6, 2025, President Abdelhakim ARTIBA and INSA Hauts-de-France Director Armel DE LA BOURDONNAYE, received a delegation from the University of Transport Technology (UTT) in Hanoi, Vietnam, to renew the existing MoU* between the two establishments. While collaborations and exchanges with this establishment have existed since 2015, this renewal offers new opportunities for future collaboration focusing in particular on sustainable transport (automotive, rail, urbanization), logistics, electronics and mechatronics. This collaboration involves two aspects:
Research:
- Sending PhD students with an 89 scholarship (doctoral scholarship from the Vietnamese government) to UPHF labs .
- Co-organization of colloquia
- Development of joint research projects in the field of rail transport, with funding from the Vietnamese government.
Training:
- Sending students to UPHF training courses (sustainable transport; logistics; IT; electronics; management)
- Creation of joint/dual degree courses at Bachelor's & Master's level.
