PRIMOH-Tech presented to Christophe Coulon Vice-President of the Hauts-de-France region

Thursday, July 10, Christophe Coulon, Vice President in charge of Mobility, Transport Infrastructure and Ports for the Hauts-de-France region, visited the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and Valutec C3T for a presentation of PRIMOH-Tech.

The aim of this meeting was to present the ambitions of the consortium PRIMOH-Tech, and to show how the alliance between research, user experience, companies and institutional commitment can transform this collective dynamic into concrete achievements, to meet the social challenges of mobility, inclusion and the environment, both regional and national.

PRIMOH-Tech is a consortium comprising the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France with its research and engineering laboratories; Valutec C3T (technical expertise and testing center); APF France handicap (usage expertise), and APF Entreprises (prototype assembly workshop, pre-production, industrial subcontracting). These 4 partners are pooling their expertise to support innovation projects in sustainable and inclusive mobility, with the participation of people with disabilities or who are losing their autonomy.

By combining all the fields of expertise present in the consortium, PRIMOH-Tech is able to build a unique, tailor-made service offering, aimed at SMEs, start-ups, major groups or local authorities, (for example, as part of their reflections on their urbanization or accessibility plans), medico-social and healthcare players, and associations.

.

The consortium's ambitions for 2026-2027:

  • Structure a comprehensive offer of support and services for target audiences
  • .
  • Deploy territorial cooperation and experimentation with measurable impacts
  • Create a center of expertise on the themes of sustainable and inclusive mobility
  • Contribute to the regional roadmap (improving sustainable mobility solutions, accessibility and inclusion; territorial innovations; attractiveness of the territory; ...)
