Does your program no longer align with your career goals? From September 14, 2026, to January 15, 2027, you can request a program change to transfer to another program. Learn about the procedure and steps to follow at UPHF.

Starting out on your academic journey can sometimes lead you to rethink your study plans. If you are in your first or second year of a bachelor’s program and would like to change your major, UPHF allows you to request a change of major.
