UPHF welcomed MEDEF Hainaut-Cambrésis
On September 19, 2024, the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France hosted a delegation from MEDEF Hainaut-Cambrésis on the Mont Houy Campus in Valenciennes.
Business leaders return to university benches to (re)discover the University!
To show local business leaders the University's assets, and present potential partnerships, was the aim of this visit:
.- collaboration with research teams, developing a partnership: the valorization of research is focused on developing partnerships with the business world by supporting it in innovation;
- training and upgrading of company employees: resuming studies, skills assessments, VAE... ;
- support for the Fondation Partenariale Polytechnique Hauts-de-France ;
- recruitment of interns and/or future employees.
The morning was punctuated by visits to innovative platforms, Valutec, CISIT (Campus International sur la Sécurité et l'Intermodalité dans les Transports) and the Centre d'Expérimentations d'Etudes en Bâtiment Durable...
The Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France remains a partner open to all collaborative projects with local companies.
Since the agreement signed between the MEDEF and the Hubhouse in April 2023, the University has been active in forging closer ties with the business world through entrepreneurship (business creation or takeover).
